We can loom multi-stranded assemblies that may include single-strand wires, screened or unscreened cable, finished with lacing cord or cable ties and with expandable or heat-shrink sleeving.

If you need to connect sub-assemblies or PCBs, we will be pleased to advise your engineers on parts and methods that are available, produce samples and create drawings ready for production.

 We will make an assembly loom board to your drawing, producing looms exactly to your requirements

We will reverse engineer any existing loom you may have and produce drawings and loom boards ready for production.

All this is backed up by 25 years’ experience of loom building, sophisticated electronic test equipment that measures continuity and insulation resistance and with a hands-on Management staff, well able to produce the looms themselves, supervising a widely experienced and fully-trained team of operators.

 All this is backed up by a complete range of crimp tools and equipment to allow us to fit IDC connectors, solder-tinned or crimped contacts.

Cables markers, labels or heatshrink markers can be fitted to identify individual branches, no matter what the size

We will wire prototype machines on your site and, after testing, remove the looms, create drawings and loom boards ready for production.
